Shipping Policy

We are committed to delivering your organic grocery items quickly, safely, and efficiently.
Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we process and deliver your orders.


1. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver across Bangladesh, with faster delivery service available for the Dhaka Metropolitan area.

  • Inside Dhaka City: Home delivery available.

  • Outside Dhaka: Courier delivery available to most major cities and towns.

If your location is not covered, we will contact you directly to arrange an alternative delivery or a refund.


2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation (excluding Fridays and public holidays).

  • Orders confirmed after 6 PM are processed the next business day.

If an item is out of stock, we will notify you immediately with an estimated restock or replacement option.


3. Delivery Time

Inside Dhaka 1 – 3 business days
Outside Dhaka 3 – 5 business days

Delivery times may vary based on product availability, courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.


4. Delivery Charges

Inside Dhaka ৳60 – ৳100 (depending on area and weight)
Outside Dhaka ৳120 – ৳150 (depending on courier rates)

Delivery fees are calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we will notify you via SMS or email with the delivery details and tracking number (if applicable).

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for most areas in Bangladesh.

  • Please ensure that someone is available at your delivery address to receive and pay for the order.

  • Failure to receive COD orders without valid reason may result in restriction from future COD purchases.


7. Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partner will make two (2) attempts to deliver your order.
If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or lack of response, the order will be returned to our warehouse.
Additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.


8. Damaged or Missing Items

Please check your package at the time of delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours at dietstorebd@gmail.com or 01754-308424 with photos of the product.
We will investigate and arrange for a replacement or refund according to our Refund & Return Policy.


9. Delays and Exceptions

While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather or traffic disruptions

  • Courier network issues

  • Public holidays or national events

We appreciate your understanding in such cases.
